This reminds me of Alexander McQueen's 1995 Alexander McQueen, Autumn/Winter collection referred to as the Highland Rape (inspired by Scotland's painful history and Lee's own roots there), this collection referred back to the ill fated Battle of Culloden)  and can be styled some many different ways to give it that collections stye vibe - chunky belts with chains (try gold for a more warmer and elevated look), a petticoat, boots.
